Timeline and communication for your remote audit

  1. Click ‘Let’s get started’ and input the standard(s) you are being audited on as referenced in your email from Client Services.
  2. Collate all the required evidence, as per the list of examples in the checklist, prior to your audit.

  1. Your Auditor will be in contact with you at approximately 9am on the day of your audit, where your opening meeting will take place to discuss the plan and full requirements.
  2. As part of your audit, our audit team will need you to conduct safe tours of your premises and any locations where your service is delivered. Therefore, they will require access to live video streaming through a suitable technology platform such as Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp or FaceTime. Watch our video below.
  3. Please Note: failure to provide the correct evidence on the day of the audit in the allocated timescales may result in non-conformances being raised and / or additional audit days being implemented as necessary and charged for.
